Have I been living under a rock??? How on earth did I get to be thirty-something without knowing that you can use vinegar for just about anything? So ashamed.

I thought vinegar was for one thing - dying Easter eggs. I had NO CLUE you can use it to unclog drains, clean chrome, absorb odors like smoke and onion, clean the dreaded toilet bowl, clear corrosion from a shower head, act as a fabric softener, clean up pet stains (hallelujah) and even fix those annoying yellow anti-perspirant stains! But wait…there’s more. Apparently, vinegar can also extend the life of flowers, take the sting out of sunburn (really?), kill weeds and dandelions, take salt stains off of shoes, loosen rusty bolts and keep your windshield frost-free in the winter.
