Lunchbots, the beloved maker of brightly colored stainless steel containers, has created some new additions to their line. Lunchbots Trio, the ideal stainless steel lunch container has three sections to store your healthy goodies. The container itself is made from the highest quality food grade 18/8 (type #304) stainless steel and its interior walls are the same. As not all stainless steel is created equal, it is important to note that this type (type 304) is of superior quality--it's durable, corrosion-resistant, and will not leach into foods. Other versions like types 202 and 430 are typical types for stainless steel and have a different percentage of chromium and nickel and are more prone to rusting.  18/8 refers to the amounts of elements present - 18 is chromium and 8 is nickel.
