09.15.11 Natural Cleaning Products by Full Circle

full circle natural cleaning products

Are you ready to bid farewell to cleaning products made of harsh chemicals? Then, we are here to help! We're pleased to announce that we have added a line of all natural cleaning products by Full Circle.  My favorite product is the DIY cleaning kit, where you make your own natural cleaners from ingredients that can be picked up easily at your local grocery store.

We also carry several of Full Circle's cleaning tools. In place of petroleum-based plastic, Full Circle uses bamboo or Bonterra. Bamboo is one of the fastest growing plants in the world. Since bamboo is naturally anti-fungal and anti-bacterial, it doesn’t require any pesticides or fertilizers during cultivation.  Bonterra looks and feels just like plastic – it’s also just as durable – but is made from fully biodegradable plant starch and cellulose.

Here is a closer look at each of the Full Circle products that we are proud to offer:

Suds Up Dish Brush:  This soap dispensing dish brush is environmentally friendly, effective and attractive!  The bamboo handle is finished with all natural oils and is designed with a flat bottom allowing you to stand the brush upright for germ-free drying.  The all-natural bristle brush is top-rack dishwasher safe.

Reach Bottle Brush:  The ingenious design of this bottle brush allows you to clean the inside AND the outside in one fell swoop.  It's made from 100% recycled stainless steel and recycled plastic.  It's perfect for cleaning water bottles, baby bottles and travel coffee mugs.  The ergonomic, flexible handle means it's comfortable and easy to use.  It also allows you to simply hang the brush over your faucet for storage and quick drying.

Flip Loofah Natural Sponges:  Finally, a 100% biodegradable sponge and scrubber in one.  The tough, natural loofah on one side allows you to effectively scrub away stuck on food while the soft cellulose sponge on the other side gently cleans your dishes.

Squeeze Cellulose Sponge Cloths:  These plant-based reusable cloths are a great substitute for paper towels  They work just like a paper towel, but last for months.  Wipe up spills, clean your counters - even do your dishes.  To sanitize, all you need to do is run them through the top rack of your dishwasher or boil them in water.

Come Clean Spray Bottle and Natural Cleaning Set:  Forgo toxic chemical cleaners and make your own all natural cleaning solutions. The recipe booklet has step-by-step instructions for mixing ingredients that are gentle on the environment (and our health), yet powerful enough to effectively clean bathrooms, kitchens, glass, wood, upholstery, metals and pet stains.  You can view this video for a better understanding of how to use the Come Clean set.

Do you make any of your own cleaning products?  If so, we'd love to hear about your favorite recipes!  Also, we're researching ready-to-use natural cleaning products to add to the site.  What are your favorite brands?
