Craving: While pregnant, any and all carbs. Everyday? Dark chocolate.
Personal Style: Colorful, fun, funky, easy to care for and comfortable.
Healthy and Green must-have: travel mug for coffee lovers!
Guilty pleasure: A root beer. Love it, but try not to drink any soda (or buy plastic bottles).
Last meal you cooked: “Buttery” noodles from Deliciously Deceptive by Jessica Seinfeld, where I added squash puree to a creamy sauce to get more veggies in my girls. I also served a salad with avocados, I don’t want to hide all the vegtables!
Manifesto: When greening up your life and home, keep it simple, and try not to get overwhelmed. Do one manageable thing at a time, or more if it feels okay. Do what works for your family, and that can be different for all of us. Take action to help make our world safer and greener, whenever you can. Use your dollars to support companies and businesses you believe in.
