Keep on with my commitment to veganism, and continue trying to go "raw." Going on a macrobiotic diet to support my mother, who is also starting macrobiotics in order to help defeat her recently diagnosed scerosis. learning more about chemical treatments so i can help offset the damage being done to her body by medication. More excersise, lose my baby weight!!! (I have a six month old.) and continue to encourage healthy eating habits with my three year old daughter. reduce packaging, make my own almond milk, cook from scratch all the time. and not ordering out unless i'm sick, which never happens now that i eat so well!! ...and get more sleep!!!

Eliminating processed foods, looking at all food labels. Abstaining from foods containing High Fructose Corn Syrup and ingredients we cannot pronounce. Also, no Girl Scout Cookies this year, Palm Oil is utilized in the production of most Girl Scout Cookies, forests are being razed in order to create Palm Oil, threatening orangutans habitats, and ultimately killing them.

I'd like to start cooking more from scratch.

Definitely would like to lose weight, tone up and just eat healthier. I've always eaten healthy, but as I age I want to redefine myself outwardly and inwardly. So,I will concentrate on getting more vegetables and fruits into my daily diet. I will certainly walk more and exercise daily.

I will only drink fresh organic juice I make myself or natural spring water. Only eat origanic vegitables, NO MEAT! I hope to make it to a point where I and eating 95% raw by the end of the year.

health related change i'd like to make is lose weight. jacksond@nhr3.net
