We got two of these and really like them. No sharp edges, they feel very sturdy and well made and (to my surprise) they stack well.

We have been very pleased with this tray.
Ice tastes great (as compared to our ice maker, which tasted like cold plastic).
The "cracker" is made out of thick stainless steel and, so far, has held up well doing what it suppose to.

Not cheap, but I decided it was worth it. We don't use a lot of ice, so that makes the material of the ice tray even more important. This style works best, it's non-toxic and it's really pretty too - yay!

Looked at several reviews that reported other stainless ones to have sharp edges and/or be made from thin, low quality stainless that bent or rusted, etc.
This one is great. Solid, no sharp edges, works great, sits flat. And I stacked one on top of the other - even though it is sitting on the handle of the bottom one, it hasn't tipped.
I didn't rinse it before cracking it open and it came out great. A few chips cracked off the cubes (ok with me). If you want more perfect cubes, give it a quick rinse before opening in a controlled fashion ;-)
