I recently ordered a Pura toddler sippy cup from Mighty Nest. When I received the bottle l, I realized I received the bottle with the infant nipple instead of the sippy spout. Since I have an 18 month old, I really wanted to the sippy spout bottle. I knew the sippy spouts were interchangeable with the nipples, so I figured they could just send me a spout. I called Mighty Nest immediately and a live person actually answered the phone immediately which was very refreshing. I explained the issue to the nice lady, and she said she would check their stock of sippy spouts while I held on the line. Just a few moments later she returned to the line and explained that they were out of stock of the individual sippy spouts, so she said they were going to send a whole other sippy bottle with a sippy spout already included. I was pleasantly surprised they were going to send me another bottle and very grateful!! This is what I call first class service. I plan on shopping at Mighty Nest much more in the future, and I would highly recommend other moms check them out!! It's nice to be able to deal with a small business that values the satisfaction of its customers as opposed to shopping at the larger well known, but rather impersonal retail stores.

I bought a few of these sippy cups for my toddler after reading the recent article about BPA free plastics still having estrogen mimicking chemicals. I was slightly skeptical of the sippy lid itself, but was happily surprised with its durability and ease of use. The fact that the cup itself is dishwasher safe makes my life easy.
Buy more than one! You'll use them! I even got the smallest sized one for juice/milk and plan on using the lids they sell as well to make it a snack container when my toddler grows.

People are complaining about how cold the bottle gets, but the company makes silicone sleeves to go over their bottles. I almost discounted using this sippy until I did some research and found this out.

This bottle is pretty good. Probably the best stainless steal sippy-cup that I've tried so far. My 18 month old daughter uses it in bed. It doesn't leak and it works well. It's a bit slow (the holes don't seem to be big enough) so you have to suck pretty hard to get water out but she manages. It would be better if it had handles and was 3/4 of the length. Overall, it is was a good purchase though.

***Update*** I want to change my 4 star rating to a 5 star rating.

I've been using this sippy cup for a couple of months now and I really love it. I wanted to update my review because it was pretty neutral but I think this product deserves a better review. I love it so much that I've decided to buy more and would recommend it to anyone.

I have gotten used to the speed of the release and my 19 month old daughter has never had a problem with it. It has never leaked despite that we use it every night in bed, so it's on it's side or even upside down all of the time.

When it's full, it is a bit heavy for a bed time sippy cup. So I make sure that I only fill it half way. I discovered that it's possible to buy a 5oz (http://mightynest.com/shop/natural-baby/feeding-nursing/stainless-steel-infant-bottle-5-oz) and replace the teat with at sippy spout (http://mightynest.com/shop/natural-baby/feeding-nursing/bottles-accessories/kiki-sippy-spout-2-pack). So that's what I've decided to do. I'll keep the small one in the bedroom and use the larger one for out-and-about.

It's a great product - the only sippy cup that doesn't have any plastic in it.

I was looking for a stainless cup with a silicon straw or something to that effect. This is a good cup but I didn't realize before purchase that it requires the child to bite the top to get fluid out (my child won't do that). I thought it was more like the tommy tippy cup spout. It is a good cup but a better description of how it functions would have helped. I also feel like the soft lid is not as good as a stainless one (more like a martini shaker).

Love this for my daughter, doesnt leak and safe for her to use. Needs silicone or somekind of cover though because when cold drinks are added you cant hold it,the steel freezes. But Awesome product especially for on the go. will be buying more.

I love that I finally have a completely plastic & aluminum free cup for my daughter. It is not for young children though, it will leak if turned upside down. I was worried about it denting easily, but after a couple weeks of constant use, we still have no dents. She does sometime complain about it being cold, but she gets over it quick.

I got this for my nephew because it had a silicone top (some say the plastic PBA free nipples are fine, but I like the idea of just avoiding plastic altogether). My sister says he likes it, but it needs handles as it gets very cold when holding a cold beverage. Pura, please come out with a sippy cup with handles please!

Our son is allergic to plastic, so we were happy to find a completely plastic-free sippy cup. My only complaint is that this cup leaks...quite a bit. It's not exactly a cup we can hand to him while we are traveling, because he turns in upside down, and then it leaks all over him and the car seat! I'm not sure if they could make it leak proof without using some sort of plastic, but it'd be handier! We're still happy to have a cup that is non-plastic.
