Care: Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Allow to air dry completely with flap open before freezing to prevent frost from forming on cooler. Do not use bleach. Please note that PackIts are not washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, or microwave safe.

Please note:  some moisture may appear inside the bag during use, so it is best to avoid cloth sandwich bags and opt for stainless steel, glass or plastic food containers to keep food dry.

A frozen PackIt is not optimal for a hot thermos; however, if you leave the PackIt out overnight it doesn't insulate and will keep warm any hot items.

I bought one for my son for our recent trip. After several hours traveling all of the food was still cold. Not just cool, it was cold. I loved it so much I bought one for myself to take to work. So far we are very happy with our purchase.

I bought this product because of the built in ice pack, but it doesn't stay cool very long and because of the very deep fold lines it collapses on itself. After using it a week I have gone back to my old bag with the separate ice pack.

I agree with others, it does not keep cold as long as advertised ("up to 10 hours"). But, it is better to have the ice pack "built-in" instead of putting one inside. My daughters love the designs and the Packit can hold a large amount of food.

I shopped around for other similar lunch totes and found the Packit was a good price, though I got it on sale at Mighty Nest. It seems to be durable. We have yet to see if it will last all school year.

This product does not stay cool for more than a couple of hours. We had to go back to the other type of lunch bags which would keep my sons lunch cool for about three times longer

Bought it for my husband for work. Durable. Easy to clean out. Stays cool.

It's so efficient--keep it in the freezer, and it's always ready to go; no need for a separate ice pack. I LOVE that it is lead-free, so I'm confident my son's food and hands are being contaminated. And the BEST thing...my son loves it (and he's very picky)! P.S.-It's quite roomy, too.

I liked the color and style. It seems to be a very durable lunch bag. However, my lunch bag velcro is peeling off because the stitching is coming off.

Love these bottles. Had never seen them before and was already online ordering so picked up a couple. They fit in lunchboxes so that was a plus. A negative is they look like baby bottles. Would have helped to have some more adult colors to choose from. The med.blue one is the best for a kid who doesn't want to be mocked for drinking out of a baby bottle. The glass is awesome though. We hate the metallic taste of alluminum bottles and these are perfect. Right after I ordered I walked in EarthFare and there was a whole stand of the LifeWay bottles! LOL. They didn't have the blue though so still worth getting from here for more choice.

These were ridiculously overpriced for the item but I fell for the hype and ordered 2 to give them a whirl. I don't think they kept things any colder than putting your own cold packs in. Yes, it saves you from putting a cold pack in but you also have to remember to put the lunchbox back in the freezer. They work, but no better than normal lunchbox with icepack and these are much more expensive.

This is my husband's first bona fide lunch bag and I'm happy to say he loves it! I gave him the grey plaid. He has to work his way up to sporting the pink dots.
