I thought this would be the pefect "back up" monkey to his original Old Navy cuddly monkey he loves so much. The face was similar. But alas. The blanket, monkey, Pooh Bear get kisses every morning and this poor guy is left behind. He looks at it and hands it to me. Poor monkey gets no love.
It is a good toy so I would recommend it. My son is just picky about his monkey love.
My son has slept with this monkey for the past two years and it is his absolute favorite and my favorite too. It is durable, easy to clean (I have machine washed it and thrown it in dryer), soft, and cute! My older son now has one too and both monkeys travel with us and have held up very well--still look new.
