This is an amazing kit and refreshingly easy to use! The 3 colors provided can be double-dipped to create 3 additional colors which are naturally rich and beautiful. Try drawing with beeswax crayons first and then submerge the egg--the wax creates a resist and results in terrific designs. Of course, it is also a huge relief to be using natural dyes, free of petrochemicals. No need to worry about stained fingertips!

I must say when I saw the colors in powder form, I was worried that the colors would be dull. I was very pleasantly surprised that the color spectrum we created was very broad. Would definitely buy again.
