Yoga Essentials Reviews
I love the yoga essentials kit! I started using all of the products during my yoga classes and it makes the biggest difference. I apply some of the meditation balm on my temples before yoga, which helps me relax my mind. I also love that the yoga mat is PVC free as well as non-slip, while the bottle makes it easy to carry around the gym.
