Tubby Rubby Soapless Cleanser by Trillium Organics

This Soapless Cleanser soothes baby's new skin to prevent irritation and relieve eczema. Made with Oats, Calendula, Lavender, & Chamomile to calm and nourish skin. Developed especially for newborn's fragile skin; this dry blend of herbs and soothing oats is placed in the provided muslin bag and saturated in warm bath water to make a soft, squishy, wash bag. Organic Oatmeal soothes dry skin, while Organic Chamomile calms it. Organic Lavender Buds balance the skin function and Organic Calendula's anti-inflammatory properties soothe. Tubby Rubby is gentle enough for the first bath and beyond. Great for all skin irritations, for everyone not just babies! 

To use in the bath: Fill a muslin sac (provided) with the dry blend, close the sac and drop into the tub. Once the bag is saturated for a few minutes, squeeze it and dunk it, squeeze it and dunk it, until it emits a milky white water. Squeeze that oat milk over baby's skin.  Rub the soft squishy bag over baby's skin. Let the oats infuse the bath water.  The soothing milk need not be rinsed off with fresh water. It leaves a soothing protective coating over the skin, like wet powder.

To use for eczema and rashes: Wet the bag of oats and herbs until soft and squishy, and rub over affected areas instead of soap.  Take the wet bag along with you, in a plastic baggie and rub onto the area whenever it itches.  Rubbing the damp bag of oats over an itchy rash brings instant relief without over scratching.
