I loved, loved, loved these. They helped make freezing pureed baby food easy. Cook the food, blend it, then freeze it in these trays. When frozen, pop out the frozen food and store it in a glass container or bag in the freezer. I used removable labels from the local office supply store which worked great. Then you are ready for your next batch of food. If you make several batches of food at a time (like on weekends), you should consider getting two sets (4 trays), if all the food is getting prepared at once. I often wished I had bought a second set.
