For body-washing simply pour Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Soap onto hands or washcloth. For house cleaning, dilute Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap with water. The Pure-Castile Soap can also be used for shampoo, for the laundry, for toothpaste and to wash your pets.
