It took me a little time to adjust to a stainless steel water bottle (and know when it's full or empty) but now that I have, I love it. I was a little worried at first that my water might taste like metal out of this kanteen, but it doesn't at all. The sport cap is very substantial (it has held up fine despite being dropped twice) and the cap that goes over the spout (not pictured) prevents spills.
