How to Use Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide?

1. Fruit and Vegetable Cleaner: The EPA considers hydrogen peroxide a sanitizer so you can clean the skins of your fruits and vegetables before eating them or even spray the produce after you cut into it.  Simply spray, let stand for a few minutes, rinse and dry.

2. Cleaning: As a disinfectant, spray the food grade hydrogen peroxide solution 3% on counters, toilets, bathtubs, floors, cutting boards, sinks, door knobs and cabinet handles during cold and flu season, sponges, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

3. For mold control on vegetables:  Mix 5 Tablespoons baking soda and 5 Tablespoons 3% hydrogen peroxide in one gallon of water. Spray directly onto vegetables.

4. Laundry Use: Great for removing stains and brightening laundry loads without the harmful effects of chlorine bleach. Great for also cleaning armpit stains on shirts and red wine stains from the carpet or furniture.

5. Oral Health: Use as an antiseptic, anti-bacterial mouthwash. Promotes healthier gums, calms tooth sensitivity, treats canker sores, breaks up tartar, conquers bad breath, and stops morning mouth.  Works to whiten teeth too!

6. Soaking Nuts, Seeds, and Sprouts: Increase enzymes, proteins, and digestibility.

7. Ear Wash:
Cleans out ears, especially with an ear infection or when sick.

8. Disinfect wounds: Cleans and disinfects wounds to prevent infection (without the burning sensation when applied).
