Use anywhere you'd use body lotion. Massage a generous amount into temples, neck, shoulders, feet. Apply 30 minutes before bedtime. If you’re a night owl, apply 2 hours before desired bedtime. One teaspoon contains 1.5 mg melatonin, 130 mg magnesium, and 650 mg OptiMSM®.

I appreciate the light lemon scent is not overwhelming. I seem to be sleeping through the night better since I started using it. The dispenser takes multiple pumps to work sometimes.
I won't be buying this again. It's a decent moisturizer, but I find the scent really unpleasant. After the first couple of times, I've been applying my lavender lotion over it, hoping to mitigate or camouflage the scent enough to give it a try for the sleep aid properties, but I can't really tell that's its doing anything to help me fall asleep. So, sadly, I have to classify this one as a fail.
