Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Clove and Cinnamon Bark are considered "hot" oils and may be irritating to skin. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Check with your vet before using essential oils around pets. Always keep essential oils out of reach of children.

Diffuse in a large open room for 30 minute increments during cold and flu season. To help keep yourself healthy once exposed, mix 1 drop of Germ Fighter with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into your feet at bedtime and again in the morning before dressing. For topical use, dilute to 0.5% - 2%.

I love this blend I use it in baking soda in a glass jar for a carpet powder. I also add a little dish soap, water and drops of this blend in a spray bottle to clean up all messes. Highly recommend plus it smells like Christmas to me.
I really enjoy using this in my cleaner, but I don't recommend there being any vinegar in the cleaner because it makes the smell stronger. Make sure you follow directions as to how to dilute the oil. If you don't it will be way too strong. But other than my trial and error, we enjoy buying oil from here, we just added one to our next monthly shipment.
I started using EO a few years ago and used another brand. But it became very expensive. These oils are affordable and are of good quality. I diffuse this in the air at home and it is refreshing to smell that.
