Key herbs in this formula:
- Yerba Santa (Eriodictyon spp.) means “sacred herb” and was traditionally revered in its native California for its powerful health benefits. Today it is used to support a healthy histamine response and calm runaway mucus.
- Nettle (Urtica dioica) is most known as a common “weed.” It is a deeply nourishing tonic and helps support a healthy histamine response.
- Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) is well-known as a cold and flu support but it also supports a healthy histamine response, holding back the watery cascade that can accompany seasonal allergies.

I have horrible tree and ragweed allergies, and take multiple meds for it. This seems to give some relief quickly though not long lasting but it can be taken multiple times a day. The taste is fine to me, tastes like tea- I have it in a full glass of water without sweetener. It’s pricy but all my allergy meds are, so it’s worth it to me!
