I thought that I would try this, as I have problems with stress and anxiety, but I do not like the idea of being put on a prescription to get me through. I have been very self conscious about what I put in my body. Not only do these work, but I have given them out to coworkers to help them, and they all love it! I have already added it to my monthly box so I do not run out!
When I first tried these I thought I made a mistake buying them. Then I realized they really do help with my nerves. They are a hard chewy gummy and I think that chewing them relieves stress. For the taste, I found that they are black currant. Not great but I can live with it. My husband likes them too. One last thing, the box is genius! Thanks!
I've always used Bach Flower Remedies for my animals. Now these work for me and they taste great. The price is awesome and I take one every night before bed. Very relaxing.
I really like that these pastilles do have a calming effect. The texture is a little odd, as is the flavor, but that is okay. For me and my child, they produce a laxative effect, which is not necessarily something I want. I'm not sure this happens for everyone, but you should be aware that it isn't just when you take too many that some people experience that unfortunate side effect.
