Wash, roll and reuse! Marley’s Monsters UNpaper® Towels are a reusable alternative to paper towels. Made of single-ply cotton flannel with serged edges to prevent fraying, these towels are absorbent, durable and convenient to use. UNpaper® Towels naturally cling together, making it easy to roll them up around the cardboard tube (included) or directly on a dowel without the need for snaps or other fasteners.
Sets of 24 towels come pre-bundled around a sturdy kraft cardboard tube. The custom made tube is heavier than a normal paper towel tube to handle repeated use. The diameter of the tube opening is a bit smaller than standard, meaning it will fit most, but not all, standard paper towel holders. Size: cloths- 12"x10", cardboard roll- 4 cm diameter x 11 in. length
Collect the dirties in a bin or wet bag. Machine wash hot with like colors. Tumble dry low. Use non-chlorine bleach. Low iron as needed. After they've been washed, simply stack towels and re-roll one at a time back onto the tube. Absorbency is increased after the first few washes and they’ll shrink just enough to be the perfect size for your holder.

I received these as a gift and while I was hesitant at first, I have used them for more than a year now. I use and wash them every week, and the material is still strong and hasn't faded. I find they hold up better with frequent washing than the Swedish dishcloths I had been using. Once they come out of the dryer they are ready to put back on the roll (highly recommend the how-to video for re-rolling, their method is so much more efficient than what I was trying https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45MkmryYXiY&ab_channel=Marley%27sMonsters). The only downside to them is that the lighter colors can become stained, so I would lean toward buying patterns or darker colors next time.
I have had one roll for almost a year now and have only gone through one roll of real paper towels in that entire time! They are amazing, once they come out of the wash they are easy to roll back up and cling on like real paper towels. The material is great for cleaning and or for napkins.
Received roll of these towels and was hopeful because we use a lot of paper towels in this house. Sadly they aren't absorbent right off the roll as a paper towel is so quick pick up of spills doesn't work. Once you get them wet and wrung out they work great for mopping up counters and wiping things down but as a replacement for paper towels they fall short.
I am trying to become more sustainable in all aspects of daily living. This idea intrigued me since I do use a lot of paper towels. If you are thinking this will be an exact replica of a paper towel holder you will be disappointed. The towels once used do not stay on the "roll". It is just easier to place in a bin - which defeats the purpose as to why I bought the roll/towels. The towels I use more as a napkin than a paper towel. They are not good for greasy or big really dirty messes. They are not as absorbent; but they are easy to use to wipe up a small spill, as a napkin or to have by the sink. They wash up well.
