Handy fill lines mark 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup, 50mL, and 125mL for easy portioning. Souper Cubes® trays are built with thick silicone walls and a steel-embedded rim to make the tray extra sturdy. I wish i could say I canned and preserved food... but I that is a goal I have still not attained. However, this handy freezer tray has me feeling like an urban homesteader! I've frozen turkey bone broth that I usually would have dumped and been able to use the frozen portions to start new batches of collards or other soups. I've made pesto from farmers market herbs and frozen the potions so it ALL gets eaten and divvyed out into the winter months. and I've frozen fresh ginger juice and thawed out as needed. Very useful, lid stays secure and you can stack other things on it.
I love to cook and I have a few sets of these Souper Cubes. I use this one for making cooking easy - they can store leftover wine for future sauces (yes, it freezes fine!), various pestos for pasta, and any "extra" I have of tomato paste, green sauces, etc. Highly recommend.
