Fermented vegetables are delicious, loaded with probiotics, and easy to make at home. Masontops Single Jar Fermentation Kit for Vegetables has everything needed – even the jar – to get started fermenting probiotic-rich sauerkraut, pickles, kimchi and more.
This kit includes:
- Masontops Jar - 24oz wide-mouth glass mason jar
- Pickle Pebble - Glass weight with finger grip handles to keep vegetables submerged below the brine
- Pickle Pipe - Silicone airlock with a one-way valve that automatically vents fermentation gas as it builds up.
- Tough Band - Plastic screw band to secure the Pickle Pipe to the jar.
- Digital Recipe Book with step-by-step instructions on how to start fermenting and 7 great recipes to get started!
Pickle Pebbles — wash by hand with soap and water or in the top-rack of the dishwasher. Store safety away from other objects that may crack or chip the glass. Pickle Pipe, Tough Band and Glass Jar - wash in the dishwasher, store the Pickle Pipe flat.
