General Return Policy
Our customers are very important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. We do not offer free returns at this time.
MightyFix Return Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on MightyFixes because each item is a surprise and only $11. We will never send you a MightyFix that you've already purchased from MightyNest.
- Call or email us to let us know what you are returning and why.
- Mail returned package with a tracking number (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages); include a copy of your original receipt or order number.
Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will issue you a merchandise credit, exchange, or refund on the credit card the item was purchased. If your item is a gift we will issue a merchandise credit or exchange.

MightyNest Shipping Rates and Policies
MightyFix Shipping Information
MightyFix subscriptions default to Economy shipping (package delivery by USPS) unless you choose to upgrade for faster delivery.
Monthly Shipping Rates for MightyFix Subscriptions:
- US, APO/FPO, US Territories: Free shipping
- Canada: $3 per month
- Australia: $4 per month
Free Shipping for Add-Ons (contiguous US 48 states only)
If you are a MightyFix customer in the contiguous US 48 states, you qualify for free shipping on all products that ship with your MightyFix. Products must be added to your MightyFix box by 11:59 PM the day before your MightyFix is scheduled to ship. Any time you add an item to your cart, you can ship it with your MightyFix. Any add-on items will be billed and shipped along with your MightyFix.
Free Shipping for Add-Ons $29+ (United States addresses outside of the contiguous 48 states)
MightyFix customers in US locations outside of the contiguous 48 states can now ship free with their MightyFix when the box total is $29 or more. Simple add items to your box before it processes each month. Shipping rates for orders under $29 are based on USPS Priority Mail package rates.
How to Use MightyFix Free Shipping for Add-Ons:
1. Login: Make sure you're logged into your MightyNest account. You should see your own profile in the top right corner of the website. If not, login with your email and password. login
2. Shop: Choose Ship with my MightyFix when adding any product to your cart. This is only available to MightyFix Members. If you do not see this option on product pages, make sure you are logged in with the same email address you used to purchase your MightyFix. Still having problems? Give us a call at (847) 905-0567.
3. Update:If you added items to your cart and changed your mind, you can easily move them to your subscription by clicking on your cart and editing the item or choosing “Ship with my MightyFix” at checkout in the delivery step.

Sometimes you just don't want to wait a week or two for your "Add On" order to arrive. Just update the ship date of your MightyFix on your account page and your entire order will ship at the time you designate.

General Shipping Information
Orders received before 1pm CST with USPS Priority, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day shipping will be processed on the same day (or next business day if placed on a weekend or holiday)
Orders with Economy shipping are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Items shipping directly from the Naturepedic may take an additional 2 to 5 days.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can expect the following transit times (barring extreme weather conditions and holidays):
Shipping to Lower US 48 States
- Economy (free over $50, $5.95 under $50): 4-7 business days. Initial pick-up and tracking services are provided by a shipping consolidator. Packages will be transferred to the United States Postal Service for final delivery.
- USPS Priority: (rates are calculated based on product weight and ZIP code) 1-3 business days based on orders placed by 1pm CST Monday through Friday.
- UPS 2nd Day (Guaranteed): Within 2 business days if orders are placed by 1pm CST Monday through Friday. Rates are calculated based on weight of items and destination of shipment. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
- UPS Next Day (Guaranteed): 1 business day if placed by 1pm CST Monday through Friday. Rates are calculated based on weight of items and destination. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories
- Economy: 7-15 business days. Initial pick-up and tracking services are provided by a shipping consolidator. Packages will be transferred to the United States Postal Service for final delivery.
- USPS Priority: 2-4 business days when placed by 1pm CST Monday through Friday. Rates are calculated based on weight of items and destination.
- UPS 2nd Day (Guaranteed): 2 business days when placed by 1pm CST Monday through Friday. Rates are calculated based on weight of items and destination. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
- UPS Next Day (Guaranteed): 1 business day when placed by 1pm CST Monday through Friday. Rates are calculated based on weight of items and destination. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Shipping to APO/FPO
- Economy (free over $50, $5.95 under $50): 10-15 business days. Packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
- USPS Priority: 1-3 business days on orders placed by 1pm CST Monday through Friday. Rates are calculated based on product weight and ZIP code.
Notes for Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Territories and P.O. Boxes
Our shopping cart is setup to accept orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and the US Territories of American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. We are unable to offer flat rate shipping for addresses outside of the non-contiguous 48 states. We ship via the United States Postal Service and rates are quoted based on product weights and shipping destination. Alaska and Hawaii orders are usually shipped USPS Priority mail. Heavy and oversized items may be shipped via UPS or FedEx or USPS Parcel Post, at MightyNest's discretion. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, APOs, PO Boxes will ship USPS Parcel Post. (select items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii such as mattresses, air purifiers, water filters and some bedding may be subject to additional shipping fees)
* Note: Domestic orders shipping outside the contiguous United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US Territories) may take up to 15 business days with Economy shipping. Next Day and 2-Day shipments to remote areas may also take additional shipping time.
Orders shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses will be sent via the United States Postal Service. Please enter only one "ship to" address to prevent shipping errors.
We offer free shipping for "add on" orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories only when the box has $29 or more in items.
Shipping to Non-US Addresses
Our shopping cart is also setup to accept orders shipping to Canada and Australia. We ship via the United States Postal Service and a shipping consolidator who works through USPS and couriers, and rates are quoted based on product weights and shipping destination.
We ship the MightyFix via International Priority Airlift. Tracking is limited on international MightyFix shipments. Shipping internationally is more expensive than domestic, so we charge a small shipping fee on the MightyFix. Canadian MightyFixes cost $3 to ship each month, and Australian MightyFixes cost $4 to ship each month.
When placing "add-on" orders, you will also have the more cost effective options for your normal orders and "add-on" orders. Both duties paid and duties unpaid options are available to Canadian shippers with different levels of tracking.
Our Shipping Process
All in stock orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow 7-15 business days for shipping depending on the service level you selected.
You will receive an email the day your order is shipped, along with tracking information. We guarantee packages are put on board the shipping transit service. However, from this point, we cannot take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you. Residential deliveries that do not require signature may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather at the driver's discretion. This could include the front door, side porch, back porch and garage area. Please take this into consideration when selecting a “ship to” address for your package. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or mail-forwarding delays.
Whenever possible, MightyNest strives to reuse packing materials and boxes. As such, the outer box of your shipment may contain logos or markings. The packing peanuts are made from 100% corn starch and are completely biodegradable, recyclable, and/or compostable. If plastic wrapping, bubble wrap are used they are all being recycled and were not purchased.
Packages Not Received
You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your package leaves our warehouse with the carrier. Please keep an eye on tracking so you can know when to expect your delivery. If your tracking information states the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery date. If you contact us outside of this window, shipping and/or replacement fees may apply.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
MightyNest does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by a customer the customer will need to pay the shipping cost to re-send the items.
