After a great run, MightyNest for Schools has ended. For six years we've proudly helped schools raise money while introducing families to healthy green living. Together we've made a positive impact: just look at what we've accomplished.

Why did we make the tough decision to end this fundraiser?

As much as we loved this program, it simply reached a point where the management effort (by schools and our team) outweighed the positive impact. Fewer funds were being raised for schools, and fewer schools were benefitting. In 2018 we made some changes to reenergize the program, but it didn't regain its momentum.

For us, contributing to a better future is part of everything we do. We're always working to do the right thing for our members and the planet. Even as we're shifting into new directions, we're looking forward to making a positive difference and can't wait to share our progress with you.

+ What happened to the MightyNest for Schools program?
After a great run, MightyNest for Schools has come to an end. For 6 years we've proudly helped schools raise money while introducing families to healthy green living. As much as we loved this program, it simply reached a point where the management effort (by schools and our team) outweighed the positive impact, and we made the tough decision to discontinue it. This means that we will no longer record commissions for schools on purchases made after June 1, 2019. Schools that earned money in the 2018/2019 school year will receive payout checks by August 2019.
+ Will schools that earned money in 2018/2019 receive their payout?
Yes, every school that earned $100 or more during the 2018/2019 school year will receive its payout. All school fundraising leaders for schools that earned a payout this year were notified on June 4, and we will mail payout checks by July 15, 2019. If you are a school fundraising leader and would like to double-check your school's information, feel free to do so here. Please make sure that your school's information is correct by June 23.
+ How do I collect the payout money for my school?
You and/or your school don't need to do anything to collect the earned payout money. By July 15, 2019, checks will be mailed out to schools who earned a payout in the 2018/2019 school year. If you are a school fundraising leader and would like to double-check your school’s information, feel free to do so here. Please make sure that your school's information is correct by June 23, 2019.
+ When will the 2018/2019 checks be mailed?
By July 15, we will mail payout checks to schools that earned a payout of $100 or more for the 2018/2019 school year. Please make sure that your school's information is correct by June 23.
+ Does my school know that the program has ended?
On June 10, an email was sent to all school leaders from the past 2 years explaining that the MightyNest for Schools program has ended. By July 15, 2019, checks will be mailed out to all schools who earned a payout in the 2018/ 2019 school year. If you are a school fundraising leader and would like to double-check your school’s information, feel free to do so here. Feel free to share this with your PTA leader or fundraising chair, and of course, you can always contact us with any questions.
+ My school earned less than $100. Why can't we claim our earnings?
Only schools that earned $100 or more during the 2018/2019 school year (which ended on May 31) are eligible to receive a payout check.
