HiBAR shampoo lathers up really quickly, whether you apply it directly to your wet hair, or if you rub it in your palms and then into your hair.
HiBAR conditioner works the same way, but because of its unique solid formulation, it will take a few seconds more to spread through your hair.
Store HiBAR the same way you'd store a bar soap in your shower - dry, away from direct water. HiBAR can sit upright, helping it shed any moisture. ** Most people switch to HiBAR without any transition time. But for some, it can take a week or two for your scalp to adapt to the sulfate-free formulas.

Best shampoo bar I have EVER tried! I had pretty much bbn given up on shampoo bars because they were drying, or didn't suds up, or whatever. THESE ARE THE UNICORN OF SHAMPOO BARS! ❤ Applied super easy, and my hair is sooo SOFT! These will be a steady order for my future boxes.
No transition time! Prior to this purchase I had tried 2 other brands of solid shampoo and my hair just didn't love them. I have fine curly hair and live in a dry climate, so conditioner is a must. This combo is amazing. I also love the shape, the round pieces fit comfortably in the hand and are easy to lather or rub on my hair. The shampoo and conditioner are slightly different colors, so they are easy to tell apart. I also love how uncluttered my shower looks now!
I have been wanting to try a solid shampoo and to ditch some plastic, but have been very weary of spending money on something that could be horrible. I mean, who knows how a bar will make your hair feel, right? Well, I have been using the volumize set for about a week now and I really like it. The shampoo does lather and the conditioner does condition. It leaves my hair nice, clean and tangle free. I rub it on my hair and also lather some in my hands to run through my hair. The second is probably not necessary, but this is all new. The scent is not good or bad, just neutral. It is fine whether you like natural scents or chemical scents. Although this is a little more than what I usually buy I will be buying this again and I think it is a safe bet you will like it too!
I had never tried a solid hair product but have been making efforts to use less plastic so this seemed like a logical choice.
I wasn't sure what to expect and thought for sure the "bar" would melt away within days if left out.
I've been using the Orange one for weeks because I have fine hair and always need volume. It lathers up fine and I actually use less than I expected. I just kinda brush it on my hair and then use my fingers to move it around like normal. I was surprised that it did suds up and I store it on the shower head rack out of range of the dripping water and it's lasted me a few months already. July and August so far. I've been presently surprised and for me I would purchase again.
