HiBAR shampoo lathers up really quickly, whether you apply it directly to your wet hair, or if you rub it in your palms and then into your hair. Massage through hair and scalp then rinse thoroughly.
Store HiBAR the same way you'd store a bar soap in your shower - dry, away from direct water. HiBAR can sit upright, helping it shed any moisture. ** Most people switch to HiBAR without any transition time. But for some, it can take a week or two for your scalp to adapt to the sulfate-free formulas.

I've been using this bar for about 4 months, and there still is plenty left. (I usually wash my hair twice a week). I love the smell, the lather, and how clean my hair is. The volume of my curly hair is just right for styling. Now, I'm excited to try the conditioner!!!
I’m amazed at the difference in the volume of my hair. No more build up like reg shampoo. Feels clean, light scent and convenient. When I travel by air again it’s one less liquid to deal with. Thank you for this wonderful product.
I've tried other shampoo bars in the past but didn't like that they didn't have a solid conditioner option. I have very fine hair and I did find that this does give me a little bit of volume. It took a while to find the right amount of how much is needed to get a good lather without over using it. I'm finding that the conditioner bar lasts even longer than the shampoo bar, so I like being able to order them either together or separate as I need them.
This bar leaves my hair feeling clean and with a light fragrance. It does t make my hair feel waxy or doesn’t leave my hair greasy; this bar does the trick! I keep it on soap saver and on the top of my shower caddy and the bar lasts over a month for me with med. length hair.
This shampoo bar performs better than the usual shampoo bar for me, as it doesn’t leave my fine, chin-length hair greasy or waxy-coated. I can get away with using my usual leave-in conditioner, as well. While it’s a great daily shampoo, it didn’t really add any volume to my hair, hence my docking one star.
