Protect your body naturally with reusable cotton menstrual pads. GladRags Day Pads Plus are a healthy alternative that will not cause or exacerbate irritations the way disposables can. Perfect for daytime use, GladRags Day Pads Plus consist of a holder and two inserts. This unique three part design allows you to customize the absorbency of the pad according to your flow by choosing one or both inserts. With both inserts, the Day Pad is the equivalent of an average disposable maxi pad. You can even add a third insert and make it a super maxi, or wear just a holder for an ultra-thin liner. Longer and wider than the standard Day Pads, choose the Plus option if you typically need extra coverage or tend to leak in the front or back of your pad.

Size: Holder is 11" long x 3" wide (when snapped around underwear), inserts are 9.25” long
Cloth pads are simple to use:
- Place the inserts inside the holder
- Snap the pad around your underwear. The smooth side of the pad goes against your skin, and the wings wrap around the crotch of the underwear to snap together
- Change the complete pad (holder and inserts) every 2 to 6 hours or as needed
Care: Soak in cold water or prewash if desired, then machine wash and dry. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach.
