Protect your body naturally with GladRags reusable, 100% cotton menstrual pads. Perfect for daytime use, GladRags Day Pads are a healthy alternative that will not cause or exacerbate irritations the way disposables can. Each pad consist of a holder and two inserts. This unique three-part design allows you to customize the absorbency of the pad according to your flow by using one or both inserts. With both inserts, the Day Pad is the equivalent of a standard-size maxi pad. You can even add a third insert and make it a super maxi, or wear just the holder for an ultra-thin liner.

Size: Holder is 9" long x 2.75” wide, inserts are 7.5” long
Cloth pads are simple to use:
- Place the inserts inside the holder
- Snap the pad around your underwear. The smooth side of the pad goes against your skin, and the wings wrap around the crotch of the underwear to snap together
- Change the complete pad (holder and inserts) every 2 to 6 hours or as needed
- With proper care, GladRags are made to last at least 5 years
To clean: Soak in cold water or prewash if desired, then machine wash and dry. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach.
