Chagrin Valley’s shaving soap puts an end to razor burn, bumps, and dry itchy skin. This natural shaving soap is enriched with shea and cocoa butters plus ayurvedic raitha (soap nuts) for a rich, creamy lather.
- Featuring avocado, a treasury of vitamins, minerals and natural oils, often used in spas for moisturizing facial masks
- Bentonite clay provides razor glide for a clean, close, soothing shave
Choose your scent:
Lemon Lime’s refreshing citrus essential oil blend helps balance natural skin oils. Lavender tones the skin and eases inflammation.
Rugged Spice’s warm and refreshing spiced essential oil blend helps to balance natural skin oils.
Size: 3 oz. round bar with 2 3/8 inch diameter — fits most shaving mugs
Lather in water to create a suds, apply to skin and shave. Rinse thoroughly.

Once I've been in the shower for a minute, it lathers up fine. For some reason it seems to work better the more it's used, like it has to warm up or something.
We have a lot of water restrictions so this works well on that front! I like both the scents, too.
I’ve only used this once so far and I love it. The larger is great and I didn’t have any nicks and so far no razor burn. I have sensitive skin so I usually do but so far so good! My new shaving cream!!
I chose the rugged spice scent, which has a delightful, warm scent to it. This bar fits into the palm of my hand and easily lathers for clean, close shave. I will never purchase shaving cream in a bottle again! I've had this bar for about 4 months, regularly shaving and I still have a lot left. I recommend getting a circular soap lift to go with it.
The bar smells nice and fresh. It doesn't lather heavily but that isn't a detriment to me. The big issue is that I'm allergic to it. I figured a natural product, without heavy fragrances or dyes would be a safe bet. Nope. Despite no known allergies to any of the ingredients, I ended up with itchy, bumpy, irritated skin.
He said the lather goes away too quickly. It's gone before he finishes shaving. Unfortunately my search for a shaving soap is still on.
