Upright Drying Rack

This is exactly what I need for drying bottles, and it also works well for plastic bags.
If your bottle is heavy, it helps to put something around the same weight on the other side or put three heavy things spread equally apart. If you hold the first bottle you put on, you can tell where to put another, so it doesn't tip over. The base is heavy, so that helps, but things like wine bottles are heavy enough they need something on the other side to balance.
Tips:
*I'll sometimes put a plastic bag over a bottle, so it helps hold the bag open to dry better.
*If I have a very wet plastic bag, I'll position the stand with the bag partly over the sink, so it drips mostly into the sink.
*The base is white, so sometimes if I don't rinse things well there's a bit of residue that drips on the base and looks gooky. I clean that off the next day, and it hasn't stained yet.
I felt silly buying this, since there are so many other ways to dry items like reusable plastic or silicone food storage bags. But I have a tiny kitchen and I’m trying to make it look less cluttered. So I finally broke down and bought it, and I have never regretted it.
It tucks alway really nicely when not in use, since you can spin each arm anywhere you want. Spin them all to the same position and it’s practically flat, except for the stand (which you can unscrew for even more compact storage). I just tuck it partly behind the coffee maker.
When in use, I put it out on a countertop, swing the arms out, and hang things like silicone bags, water bottles, some types of water bottle lids, silicone rings from water bottles and jars, and my cloth coffee filter. The different lengths of arms are great because some things hang better on short arms, while others really need longer arms.
It’s amazingly thoughtfully designed:
— The base is heavy ceramic, which means you can hang fairly heavy items (even water bottles) and not worry about balancing them. I’ve never had it tip over.
— The base has smooth, deep concentric ridges so you can set small items on it, like water bottle lids, without them sitting in water.
— The base screws onto the vertical piece with a large, durable plastic cap, with a coin slot so you can easily screw it down tightly — and easily unscrew it when you want to collapse the whole thing for storage.
— The arms are heavy-duty plastic, and there’s a nice-looking wood knob on the top.
The whole thing is sturdy, attractive, and useful. You really can’t go wrong buying this if you want a compact drying rack that also looks good. :)
About Full Circle
It’s a simple reality: our product choices are limited to what we can find on store shelves. And more often than not, products that are the most accessible aren’t always the most eco-friendly. Or good looking. That’s just the way it’s been for ages. But the game has changed—with Full Circle’s line of stylish, functional products made from sustainable and renewable resources. Like scrub brushes with sleek, bamboo handles and sponges made from cellulose, a plant-based fiber. They’ve even made pot scrubbers that fully biodegrade! Important behind-the-scenes changes are happening at Full Circle, too—such as improved working conditions, cleaner manufacturing methods and higher environmental standards. Even their suppliers have come around to their way of thinking. (They’re kind of persuasive that way.)At Full Circle, we believe in constantly striving to do things better. Because while there may be a finite number of resources in the world, there’s an infinite number of ways to use them more wisely. And figuring out how to do that is what gets us up every morning.
