Hand wash. Dry immediately. Rub with a light coat of coconut oil after every use. You may experience some sticking with new cookware so use a little oil when cooking. Wash with water and a stiff brush. If you need to scrub your cast iron, pour a bit of kosher salt into the pan. Mild soapy water is fine, if you dry and oil again immediately.
