The USA Pan Quarter Sheet Pan provides home bakers with classic baking experience for creating flawless homemade cookies, bread rolls or brownies. The pan surface is coated with a patented AMERICOAT Plus coating, a non-stick silicone, allowing you to easily release your baked goods from the pan. AMERICOAT Plus is PTFE, PFOA and BPA free. USA Pan’s professional grade bakeware helps everyday home bakers produce professional grade baked goods.

Dimensions: 12.5” x 9” x 1” baking surface (13” x 9.5” x 1” outer dimension)
Do not exceed 450°F. This bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature as necessary. Hand wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. Follow recipe instructions, greasing and flouring as directed. Cooking spray is not recommended. To maintain the pan’s appearance over time, use a silicone baking mat or line the pan with aluminum foil when roasting vegetables or baking higher fat foods such as french fries or meat. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. Do not use sharp metal utensils.

This is a nice heavy pan that cooks so evenly and cleans up easily! I love the quarter sheet size and even bought a second one, which lets me put one item in the oven first for a longer cook time (such as the meat), prep the other items right on the second pan (such as the veggies), and then stick the second pan in for a shorter cooking time. The two pans nest together nicely in the cupboard. Highly recommended!
