Love It!

This is the best popcorn popper I’ve ever bought. It’s easy to use, and it’s collapsible so it’s easy to store. The only negative for me is it leaves some kernels unpopped.

We have been using our popcorn maker for several weeks. Perfect popcorn every time. We use 70 grams of kernels. When I used 100 gm of kernels, it overflowed.

I finally decided to give this a try. It took a minute to figure out some things, but I love this Silicone popcorn popper. I like that the measurements are inside of.
I had to play around with things. Like white kernels are smaller and cook faster, a smidge too much popcorn to an overflowing bowl in the microwave.

The biggest issue I have is that Silicone can collapse very easily. Be sure to use caution removing it from the microwave. And when I’m washing it, the oil and bits left behind can be challenging to wash before as the bowl tries to collapse every 5 seconds.

Dual duty Popcorn Popper

I’m not one for single-function items in my kitchen. Aside from being a great container for popcorn, this collapsible bowl and lid can be used to store other foods in the fridge.

It’s easy to clean with soap and water after you finish off a bowl of popcorn. I store it in the original box in my pantry when not in use. I have not tried washing in a dishwashing machine yet, but I have no doubt it will come out in good condition.

For 2 servings, I stirred together 50 grams of popcorn, a bit of oil, pinch of salt, and placed the lid into the bowl. Two taps on the popcorn setting of my microwave. Perfect popcorn.

Works great!

I used quality popcorn and very few kernels (less than 5% I would estimate) didn't pop. No burned popcorn either. I previously used the Presto popcorn maker that requires the throwaway paper discs in the bottom that aren't cheap or readily available in stores. This is a keeper.

Best popcorn popper

This is the best popcorn popper. It's so simple. We can even have babysitters use it with our kids while we're gone. Makes perfect popcorn every time with no butter or fat added (until it's all in the bowl).

Great popcorn alternative

This is one of the best products I've purchased from the MightyNest so far. I'm big into snacking, and this silicone microwave popper is a great way to control portions and save money on prepackaged options.

I would caution against making too much at a time in this bowl; adding kernels to the second line often results in burnt popcorn for me, but others may have better results. Either way, it's so easy to make more that small batches aren't a big deal.

Awesome popper!

This silicone popcorn popper is totally worth the money and is so convenient. We used to make ours on the stove the old fashion way. This speeds up that process and you don't use ANY oil! Way more healthy and less fat! No harsh chemicals like from other microwave options. You won't be disappointed and it collapses flat for storage.

Quick, easy, delicious!

I never though something could be easier than microwave popcorn in a bag. This is actually easier -- no wrestling with cellophane outer wrappers, no double-checking to see if you have the bag the right side up, no cautiously trying to open the bag so you don't either burn your eyeballs from steam or rip the bag sending popcorn flying everywhere.

Plus, you can pop as much (or little) as you want and top it with whatever you want. We find ourselves reaching for this more than other snacks now since it's so easy. And because we don't use oil or anything while popping, we just dust out the popper with a damp cloth and compact it closed (oh yeah, that's a plus over other microwave poppers - it compacts so it takes up very little cabinet space!) Makes a good portion of popcorn as well, certainly the same amount as the bags.

Perfect for popcorn-loving kids

My family loves popcorn and I used to make it on the stovetop all the time. I wanted a way for my kids to make it themselves without worrying about them burning themselves or having to buy the packaged stuff. This totally solves that. My kids can make popcorn for themselves anytime and they love experimenting with different seasonings and flavors. AND it goes right in the dishwasher. Perfect! My only caveat is that you still have to use hot pads even though it's only coming out of the microwave because the silicone still gets really hot.

Best popcorn popper I have ever had....

I love fresh popped popcorn with nothing added. This popper works perfectly every time....2 minutes...Ding! Done...Piping hot popcorn. I bought a higher quality popcorn to use so not sure how the cheaper brands will pop in it but the kind I bought comes out as large popped corn. I will try the store brand next to see how it affects them.

Great product

I purchased one of these on a whim and was blown away by how well it worked. So much that I gave them to everyone in my family one for Christmas. They are all happy with it, too. Works with or without oil.

Microwave popcorn without the chemicals? Yes please! This easy to use popcorn popper is in use almost daily in our house. My family can't get enough of it Anyone we have introduced it to has immediately asked where they can get one. I love its simplicity, compact form, and of course the end result, delicious popcorn.

Pop Star

This simple contraption is wonderful. I was skeptical about how well it would really work when I looked at it but it performs magnificently. In exactly 2 minutes and 45 seconds I had a popper full of delicious popcorn. Almost all of the kernels popped. As a bonus it stores flat, taking up minimal storage space. Incredible.

Horrible!

I was so excited to get this as I thought it would be easier to use than my stove top popper. First batch of popcorn was severely burnt after only 2.5 minutes. Complete waste of money and good popcorn.
