The USA Pan 1-pound Loaf Pan provides home bakers with an easy way to bake the perfect quick bread, flawless pound cake, super moist cornbread or classic meatloaf. Bake top-quality artisan breads that come out finished with beautifully flaky crust. The pan surface is coated with a proprietary AMERICOAT Plus coating, a non-stick silicone, allowing you to easily release your baked goods from the pan. AMERICOAT Plus is PTFE, PFOA and BPA free. USA Pan’s professional grade bakeware helps everyday home bakers produce professional grade baked goods.

Dimensions: 8.5” x 4.5” x 2.75” baking surface (9.125” x 5.0625” x 2.75” outer dimension)
Do not exceed 450°F. Our bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature as necessary. Hand wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. Follow recipe instructions, greasing and flouring as directed. Cooking spray is not recommended. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. Do not use sharp metal utensils.

Magic Pan
I don't know what makes this loaf pan so special, but it is. It has to be magic! I initially bought this loaf pan as a recommendation for making Einkorn Sandwich Loaves. They weren't turning out great in my glass or aluminum loaf pans. My first loaf using the USA Pan and I could notice a huge difference. Fast forward a few weeks and I was making my typical GF banana bread that I've made countless times over the years. I thought I would give the USA Pan a whirl and WOW! I baked the BEST GF banana bread loaf I have ever made. Mind you, I did not alter or change the recipe in the slightest. Now I will happily depart with all my other loaf pans and add another USA Loaf Pan to my collection. Added bonus...it is really easy to handwash.

Awesome pan. We cook everything in this thing. No more using aluminum sheets. Easy to clean, no scrubbing!
