These work really well! I cut them into small pieces of about 1 inch by 1/2 inch & put them in the bag of bread/bagels/ English muffins & they can stay out of the fridge/freezer for 10 days or more without any sign of mold. They do not alter the taste or smell of the bread. Used them when I visited Florida, which is very humid even with A/C and they worked great. Highly recommend.

Her grandma gave her a home remedy - a mixture of spices - which kept her from getting sick. After years of research and development, starting with a middle school science project, she discovered a new application of her grandma's generations-old home remedy - a remarkably effective way to keep food fresh! Founded in 2010 when she took handmade batches of FreshPaper to Farmer's Markets and street fairs in Cambridge, MA, today, FreshPaper is used by farmers and families across the globe, and we are establishing initiatives to benefit local food banks in the U.S. and small-scale farmers in the developing world.
