Use: Safe for use in the microwave, with a sous vide machine, a standard oven, or a pot of boiling water — up to 400F. They are also freezer safe.
Care: Dishwasher safe or hand wash with soap and warm water. Do not turn the bag inside out, it can compromise the bag’s sealed edges. Be careful with sharp objects as the may puncture the bags.

I already had the smaller size of these and wanted a larger one. Love this one just as much. They are easy to clean and have drastically reduced the number of disposable bags we use.
These bags are a great replacement for single use storage bags. However, 4 stars because there isn't a gallon size (yet I hope) and that is the size Ziplock I use the most. They aren't as airtight and secure as Ziplock bags. The seal opens easily if the bag is squeezed ( carrying snacks in your purse, diaper bag, locker, etc), and whatever is inside dries out or spills out. And they are really expensive. Since it's $20 for one half gallon bag, if they do come out with a gallon sized bag, would it really be $40 bucks for one bag? I only buy these when they are on sale one at a time with my mighty fix to slowly but surely stock up.
