Bees Wrap

I have been wanting to trial this after a friend recommended it. I'm so excited to ditch the saran wrap and use something more sustainable. Love that it came with a large and medium size sheet.

Love them!

This is my first time using beeswax covers and they are so useful, I love them I can reuse them and are easy to clean.
Even my coworkers thought so.

Bees wrap

I had cancelled my subscription and my hubby found out about the bees wax cover and he said I need to renew my subscription because he really liked the bees wax covers. We use ours on our cheese and it’s really did great

I LOVE mine!

I LOVE my Bee's wrap! The first time I washed a piece I used hot water but quickly realized my mistake. They keep items fresh for a remarkable amount of time.

These have completely replaced plastic bags and wrap in my kitchen

I have no complaints about Bees Wraps. They work very well for everything I've wrapped in them, including lemons, avocados, bread, cut carrots and cucumbers, grapes, cat food cans, you name it. I wipe them clean with a soapy cloth and they clean up beautifully. The longer you have them the more pliable and easy-to-stick they become. I don't know how I lived without them, honestly! Today in my lunch I have carrots, crackers and grapes all wrapped in Bees Wraps. In my refrigerator I have 2 loaves of olive bread wrapped in the big bread one. Everything keeps beautifully.

Good product

These are a brilliant invention but they have some drawbacks

First, let me say that I absolutely LOVE my Bees Wraps. I was so thrilled when they were in my monthly box. I hate using baggies and Saran Wrap. It feels so wasteful. So when I saw that I had a more eco-friendly option, I was over the moon.

You may have seen other reviewers mention that they do not adhere to items as well as you might like and this is true. If you are just wrapping an apple and folding the wrap onto itself, it does brilliantly. However, if you are trying to use the wrap on the top of a bowl, for instance, you are going to have some issues.

The wrap only adheres to another surface when it is warm. If it then grows cold then the wrap will let that adhesion go. It has been recommended that you use a second item, such as a rubber band or a piece of twine to securely fasten the wrap to the bowl to prevent this from happening.

All in all, I am very pleased with this item. I have been able to save onions, apples, cheese, and many other food items for quite a long time wrapped in one of these wonderful creations. I would highly recommend them. So much so I have purchased a set for all the ladies in my family!

Disappointed

I wanted to love this product so much, but I’m not sure if I got ones that were old or what but it felt very dried out. I couldn’t get it to wrap on a plate or bowl only on itself.

Cute and sadly ineffective

I have been admiring this product for a couple of years now. I was so thrilled when I finally had enough to buy the set! They're so pretty and delightful to look at!
They hold alright when you can wrap them over itself. But did like avocado and chicken don't keep well in it since it's breathable. This was a foreseeable issue that I simply hold wouldn't be an issue. After about 3 washes one is disintegrating. The wax is crumbling away and it feels nasty to touch.
I wish the would have worked yet they really did not. Also if you get an adequate seal (which requires very warm hands), the seal will break once the wrap becomes cold in the fridge.
The overall job it did on keeping good was adequate or less.
