Handy fill lines mark 1-cup, 2-cup, 250mL, and 500mL for easy portioning. Four 2-cup frozen cubes fit in a single gallon-size bag. Souper Cubes® trays are built with thick silicone walls and a steel-embedded rim to make the tray extra sturdy. The clear BPA-free plastic lid fits snugly to prevent spills, keep out freezer odors, and enable easy stacking. Walk to the freezer with confidence and ease.

I use a lot of vegetable soup stock for cooking stuff rice, beans, etc) and found an easy (cheap) way to make stock from my vegetable peelings. This and the single cup storage containers are excellent ways to save that stock. They are easy to fill, easy to clean, easy to stack, and easy to get the little brick out (paper cups and ice cube trays could not compare). I own 5 of those—some for veggie stock, some for chicken stock, and some for leftover soups. Love them!
I make a ton of soups and these cubes are absolutely perfect for the freezer. They are sturdy and stackable (yes, I had to have more than one set).
