The Souper Cubes® 2 Tablespoon trays makes freezing and storing tomato paste, herbed butters, and other small portioned foods easier than ever. They're also great for 1 oz. portions of baby food. Handy fill lines mark 1 Tbs, 2 Tbs, 15 mL and 30 mL for easy portioning. Souper Cubes® trays are built with thick silicone walls and a steel-embeded rim to make the tray extra sturdy. These are perfect for freezing my herbs at the end of summer! I dice my herbs, fill my Souper Cube with herbs and olive oil and freeze. Then I have the perfect portions to pop out when I'm ready to cook
These have been so useful! I used mine to freeze some leftover white wine we had after a dinner party and later use in cooking. I also used it to store and freeze tomato paste knowing I wouldn't use the whole jar.
And, when my tray was full but I needed to use it again, I popped out the cubes and put them in a Stasher bag and threw that in my freezer, as well.
