Absolutely LOVE this book! Yes, this book has good info on a safe, natural detox by eating certain food combinations together and avoiding others. However, what I use this book for even more than detox advice is recipes! Recipes even my kids love! From yummy smoothies to great breakfast ideas and desserts - every single one is a hit with the family. The best money I ever spent on a cookbook.
