100% pure undiluted pink grapefruit essential oil free from any additives, chemicals or pesticides.  In our opinion, there is no better oil than the “sparkle” of Pink Grapefruit to lighten up mental fatigue and moodiness. Pink Grapefruit oil can be used in a 1% dilution as a purifier of congested, oily and blemish prone skin and is sometimes added to carrier oil or creams and lotions as a natural toner.  Diffuse Grapefruit into the air to help with headaches, mental exhaustion and depression. It may be diluted in a bath, lotion or cream to assist with cellulite, colds and flu, lack of energy, jet lag, muscle fatigue, overweight, headaches, moodiness and mental and physical tiredness.

• Cautions: Grapefruit Essential Oil can cause photosensitivity. To avoid this we recommend a  a dilution no higher than 4% or 24 drops of oil per ounce of carrier oil.
