Golden Moon Milk features Turmeric, a staple in Ayurvedic medicine for addressing joint pain, digestive issues, fatigue and stiffness. The handcrafted recipe also includes relaxing Ashwagandha, restorative 'spirit' plants Reishi and Blue Lotus, and essential digestive herbs Lavender, Cardamom, and Vanilla to assist relaxation.
