Take the October Unprocessed Challenge!

This year we're thrilled to partner with Andrew Wilder of the blog Eating Rules and his October Unprocessed challenge. 

In 2009, Andrew wanted to know how he would feel if he went an entire month without eating any processed food? So he tried it along with some friends. Here is how Andrew descibed the experience:

"It was revelatory. My expectations and sense of taste were re-calibrated. I started to identify individual ingredients in the foods I ate. I didn’t crave those salty snacks. I found myself often in the kitchen, excited to see what I could cook next. Above all, I simply felt better."

Now in its 6th year, the number of people pledging right along with Andrew has grown considerably, over 22,000 people signed on last year.
