This cup is amazing. I have three kids so making my hot drink in the morning is sometimes a big accomplishment and drinking it - even more so. I bought this cup so I could take my drink with me as I run around with them. Yesterday I actually made my hot tea at 8:30 am and it sat on my desk until 8:30 pm that night after putting the kids to bed - untouched. When I sat down to finally get some things done, the tea was still HOT! Seriously, it was at that time the perfect drinking temperature for hot tea. So, yes - this cup gets the highest rating for me. It is also easy to clean and has a neat little tea bag hanging function under the lid. No spills when it is closed.
I LOVE this tumbler!! I keep telling Annie I will write a testimonial... Here are my bullet points: 1) It keeps beverages hot for longer than you thought possible (I pour my coffee at 7:30, forget about it, and it's STILL HOT, not just warm, after 9:05 dropoff); 2) the vacuum seal really works, no spills and if you get the version with the handle you can hook it on your bag or bike handlebar and be hands free! No more spills and I can stop wearing only brown for fear of staining; 3) the tea bag hook on the lid is pure genius - keeps the bag inside, to hold the seal, and makes it easily retrievable. 4)it holds 16 ounces.
Best mug ever. Buy it, you will not be disappointed!

Love these mugs. They arrived quickly. They came with detailed instructions that we appreciated. Very sleek looking and BPA free! So much better than my old porcelain mug that kept breaking.
Get up. Walk dogs. Pour coffee into travel mug. Run to bus. Shove mug into messenger bag while pulling out bus pass, etc.. Get to work. Remember coffee at 11 AM. Pour coffee into another mug so it can be microwaved. Clean coffee off books in messenger bag from travel mug leakage.
With this travel tumbler they go more like this:
Get up. Walk dogs. Pour coffee into travel tumbler. Run to bus. Shove tumbler into messenger bag while pulling out bus pass, etc.. Get to work. Remember coffee at 11 AM. Carefully drink the still-very-hot coffee. Smile.
The only think I wish were different is that it is a bit difficult to tell which position the open/closed button is in immediately after screwing the cap on. I just depress it a couple of times and it works as normal, though.
I've been using the tumbler just over 4 months and the seal and insulation have been fabulous!
