The Silicone sleeve is non-toxic and free of plastics. Includes one Stage 1 medical grade silicone nipple that is non-toxic and latex-free. The plastic ring, plug and cap are FDA approved and BPA free.
Bright colored silicone sleeve (patent pending) helps to protect the glass baby bottles from breakage and provides a great gripping surface and tactile experience during feeding. Bottle and sleeve can be boiled or put in the dishwasher together. Can also go in the freezer, making breast milk storage simple.
Nipples that come with the 4 oz. bottles are Stage 1 (0-3 months). Any standard size nipple will fit on the Lifefactory baby bottle. Wide neck nipples will not fit.
Meets safety requirements for: CPSIA, 16CFR1500, EN14350
The 4oz and 9 oz baby bottles are compatible with the medela breast pump. They may be compatible with others, although Lifefactory has not tested any other brand.

Love this bottles I just bought but haven't used yet ...just getting ahead when my baby will be born in less than 7 weeks ...but they look and feel great!!!
