Excellent replacement to the old. Easy to clean. Also, the high sides make it nice for keeping lots in. No problem with non-stick ...all you have to do is add appropriate spray (ex:canola). Highly recommended.
I absolutely love my Xtrema ceramic 10" pan and all the other Xtrema cookware I purchased! It has been wonderful with pretty much everything I've tried to prepare in it. And no more grey scrambled eggs from the stainless steel metal pans!!!
I love that it cleans up so nicely, better than the any of my metal cookware I've ever owned... and it's great that it can be cleaned with most of the typical cookware cleaners like steel wool, SOS and Brillo pads, etc without any concern for scratching the surface.
Inside each box is a quick page of instructions for use and care of your Xtrema cookware. It can be used in the oven and microwave too!
Recently I received my Xtrema Ceramic Skillet and used it for the first time to cook salmon burgers. I was disappointed that the skillet was not stick-free which made for a very tough time cleaning it. I had to resort to a scrubbing sponge which probably resulted in some scratching. Otherwise it was fine, but for now I'll keep my non-stick pan.

This is my new favorite skillet! I've been phasing out my old cookware over the years and replacing it with safe products. Xtrema pan is not too heavy, easy to clean, and you can truly cook at lower temperatures than with traditional cookware. The higher sides are also a plus when making or adding sauces to a dish.
