Our Response to COVID-19

At MightyNest, we are deeply committed to health and wellbeing. Today, in the midst of an escalating health crisis, our concern and care grows even stronger. And so do our steps to help keep our employees and community safe and well. We wanted to share with you a few of our efforts.

Be assured that we are staying on top of the latest recommendations from the CDC, the World Health Organization, and our federal government, state government and local community. With their recommendations in mind, all employees who can do their job remotely are now working from home. For those that are needed in the office/warehouse, we have revised our internal processes so our employees can keep ample distance from each other. We also are cleaning our office and warehouse with extra vigilance daily, and our employees are following stringent guidelines for frequent hand washing throughout the day.

Our team members are like family and we’re actively providing them with support and resources. If anyone is feeling sick, they are staying home. We are also making work arrangements for anyone who has shared with us that they have, or are living with someone, with a compromised immune system. While none of our employees have been diagnosed with COVID-19, if anyone is, we will make sure they are being paid while out.

We’ve also offered every team member a subscription to the meditation app, Calm, and encourage them to use it whenever they need to. For those working remotely, several of whom have children that are now home, we are modifying work schedules to make things less stressful. To be sure, our human connection and open lines of communication with our team members have never been more of a priority. We are checking in and modifying our policies daily to ensure we are doing all that we can to support one another.

While we are taking steps here at MightyNest to look after our wellbeing, we extend our support and encouragement to you, as well. These times are not easy. But we will get through them as a community. We’ve always believed that small steps make a big impact, and that’s true now more than ever.

All my best,
Chris
