Several weeks ago, MightyNest hosted a really fun small batch canning workshop at our neighborhood demo kitchen. The star of this amazing night was one of our favorite bloggers, Marisa McClellan, author of 2 best selling canning cookbooks as well as the blog Food In Jars.

With her small batch approach, Marisa not only make canning really easy and accessible, she also makes it optional for enjoying the flavors of the season. With small batches, you can opt to skip the actual canning process altogether and just keep it in the fridge for 2 weeks. Her recipes are so yummy, there’s no reason to think it’ll be around for longer than that!
