With a fiberglass core covered with liquid platinum silicone, the mat ensures optimum heat distribution for a faster and more even bake, while the silicone prevents sticking without the need for butter or oil. Safe for the oven, microwave and freezer - in temperatures up to to +425ºF. Also makes a great non-stick work surface for doughs and other sticky foods.
